PENGARUH KREDIBILITAS DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI PADA AKUN @timnas.indonesia TERHADAP PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN INFORMASI FOLLOWERS

This research aims to analyze the influence of the credibility and quality of information on the @timnas.indonesia Instagram account on fulfilling followers' information needs, using the Uses and Gratifications theory. A quantitative method with a survey of 400 followers was used, and the data was analyzed using linear regression. Credibility is measured by expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness, while information quality includes relevance, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The results show that both credibility and quality of information have a significant effect on fulfilling followers' information needs. Research recommends improving content quality and interaction to increase follower satisfaction.
